10166 blocking for new updates

I cant download the latest build since my Phone is preparing to download 10166. Neither is it possible to Switch from fast to slow ring "Sorry, we cannot configure your device because it is currently preparing an update. Please install the update (Settings → phone update) and then try again.". Is there a way to cancel 10166 so The latest build can be downloaded? I'm running 8.1 atm. Have tested 10166 earlier but rolled back. Phone is Lumia 930

Late answer but I ended up installing the update and then the next one. But enjoying my 950xl now
