1020 8.1 update and internet screen wont change size

I updated my phone to the 8.1 and now my photos on the internet are only showing half the size. I do not have the option to auto fit the photos to the screen and the fonts are to the smallest they can go. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have had the same problem with cyan and the developers preview. I told Microsoft and they basically told me to post it in a community forum and were no help. I am about to replace the phone with a new one tomorrow and I will delete all my backups and start from scratch on the new one to see if that fixes it. I do know that if the site has the "use full site" on it the desktop mode works.
