Hi everyone,
I've noticed recently that my call volume has dropped pretty significantly. I now have to press my 1020 hard against my ear to hear people clearly. Part of my job is letting customers use my phone to talk to our call center, so when my customer can't hear our customer service rep, it creates a big problem.
Has anyone else noticed this? I've had my phone since last October.
