I'm convinced my 1020 is damaged internally and the only thing it wont do is connect to a windows pc.

I'm with ATT and have had the 1020 for about 6 months.

What are my options for repair? Do I send it to Nokia, or bring it to ATT store?

I'm scared of the though of not having my phone, it's also my source of internet for my business.

Youve tried connecting it to usb 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports? I generally find better compatibility with usb 2.0 ports.
