10581 stuck on 0% on 930

Hi Guys,
ive been trying to install 10581 on my 930 but its been stuck on 0% for two days now, I Have seen posts about this happening on previous builds but didn't see any fixes for it,
anyone had this issue and how was it resolved?

same here on 640xl. i was on 10536 and it got stuck so i rolled back to 8.1 and tried again but it's still stuck at 0%!!!
