.107 build a dud on battery?

I just came up from .63 which was much better on battery, and now it seems the developers broke the Edge battery drain again! Must be something with a website with some scripting that revs up the processor, and still runs in the background when the browser is tombstoned.

I feel that my battery since the update 6 days ago has been a bit better, in that I'm not finding myself frantically charging as much.

Might be my edge usage is different? Like a big thing lately is I haven't used edge to browse this site since been trying to use the WC app more instead. Battery usage for 1 week shows my whatsapp usage as tops and edge 2nd..... so that's better

Yeah, .107 is horrible if you are on the 950xl and do not have the firmware update (don't know why MS wont release it in US). Just hop to insider and upgrade to .1002. It fixed all of the issues I was having with .107.

I am on the insider....got .107 on the production ring....I don't think the firmware is showing in the US right?

I'm in the US and got the firmware update. Switched to production to get it.

I don't have the latest firmware and am not in the insider preview anymore and battery life is definitely worse and my phone heats up for the first time (950xl dual sim)

With the latest Insider Build (Fast Ring) my 950XL heats up too and the battery drains far quicker as well.
