Hello,
ive just got my L930 and ive noticed some downsides compared to my old android.

All of the video streaming apps (it seems) doesnt stream in full hd quality. Those third parties youtube apps, twitch third parties apps, the list goes on.

Vimeo seems to be the only one that, although streams in 720p (i think), give us a wonderful streaming quality. It is beautiful and put a good use of our fHD resolution.

Why is that? May be an API old limitation?

Those image/short video apps (instagram, vine, facebook, etc) seems to do the same. But might be due the compression. Still, midia is always blurry compared to 720p devices.

metrotube does 720p, same as vimeo, so you may need to check their sources

But they dont do 1080p. That is the point.

Ive got an answer from the guys behind tubecast

You're welcome :)
The 1080p or 60i/s are not available with Youtube API. That's why Tubecast HD resolution is at 720p.

All the best
