1308 Firmware- Europe

I have a couple of quick little question in regards of this firmware.

I bought my L920 in Austria(contract-free), and I'm using it in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while my regional settings are set to the U.K.
So can that affect it in any way, or is that not important?

And the second question would be if Nokia is still rolling the update out across Europe, so that could be the reason I'm not getting it ?
(I've been regularly checking for the update manually, but as you can tell, nada).

You'll have to wait till whatever carrier your phone is branded to receive the update.

It's an unbranded phone.

Update will be tied to your current mobile provider.
