1320 fell in water and stopped working

Lumia 1320 fell into water n then if I try to switch it on it shows a sad face or sometimes a battery symbol with a setting symbol what to do?

First of all, dry off your phone completely, remove its back cover, keep your phone bare for atleast some hours, then try a soft reset(press vol down+ power key for 15-20 seconds until your phone vibrates)

If this doesn't work, go to the nearest Nokia care centre

Get a jar of rice and completely immerse it. Let it stay there for a whole day. Then try again.

Open up the back cover of your phone, and allow it to dry up completely. First do a soft reset and if nothing happens try a hard reset. For a phone fallen in water I don't think its covered under warranty anymore.
