1320 hanged since 3 hours

Help me guys ...as you can see my 1320 is in this state since last 3 hours...what should I do...its running on WP 8.1 DP...this is at least the fifth time it had happened... But before it used to get rebooted in about half an hour...help ...

press and hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds, the phone restarts..

LOL..I swear did it and it didn't work before ..but I guess 10 seconds is the key..now I feel like a newbie here...Anyways the phone is okay now..I think I am just stupid today..lol...
