1520.3 from OmegaCell - which carrier are we watching for the Cyan update?

The 1520.3 from Omega is tied to a carrier in Latin or South America, I can't remember which, but this is where the cyan update release will be controlled from.

Can anyone remember who it is?

Check the "about" setting under "phone update" and it should be listed under "Carrier".

Thanks, mine is currently in the hospital having the screen replaced. For open operator does that mean that MS controls the updates?

Hopefully, under the cyan update page on the Nokia site, there's multiple 1520 listed as country variant, so absolutely no clue which I'd look at.
