1520 Lanyard mod?

So after much back and forth, I ordered a white 1520.3 from B&H photo.

I noticed that unlike the 1020, it's not got a cutaway for a lanyard, which I really love on my 1020

Does anyone think it's possible to perform a lanyard modification on the 1520?

Either by drilling or fitting some kind of ring to the back somewhere to connect a lanyard

Anyone got any bright ideas?

Hmm. that looks ok. but I think I am going to take a shot at designing something in tinkercad, and then 3d printing it, and attaching with adhesive. I want it as inconspicuous as possible, and almost as if it's part of the phone

Somewhere around the 1520 forum is a Lanyard Mod that MadamI'mAdam showed off with pics. He made the mod on a TPU case and not the phone itself...
