So I have no idea why but my 1520 (AT&T) was having massive battery drains and over heating. The heat seemed to be coming from the location of the memory card. Which had told me a couple times it needed to be fixed and rescanned. Power down, restart, reset and nokia reset tool didn't fix it.
I was attempting to load music on it, the windows phone app kept running into error, The songs were on the card if I browsed to them but not if I looked on the phone.
I manually deleted all the songs using the browser(not through the phone and not the metro app), and then re added them using the windows phone metro app(sorry modern app what ever we call it)
the phone found all the songs and is running normal again. What ever method the phone is using to database the songs seems to have been the issue. Hope this helps someone.
