1520 wont power on after 8.1 update

I was so excited after hearing about all of the success with the 8.1 update that I attempted update. After the install my phone won't wake up! Anyone have any suggestions?!?

ERR.. havent heard about this one. Maybe you could bring it to MSFT store and have them look at it?

1- charge it.
2- try to wake it up by touching all the button.
3- take off the battery and press the power button for about 30 seconds.
It happened to me and I pressed all the button like a ****** and it worked again !

There's some issues with the phone not waking up from standby in this preview. May have to revert back to 8.0 for now. The nokia update can't come fast enough.

I've experienced this too, happens about 2-3 times per day. The phone won't wake up when pressing the power button, but will always wake up when holding the camera button down, then pressing the padlock symbol (that would usually go to camera roll). It's an annoyance, but at least there's a workaround.
