17TRACK: How to set up notification ?

Anyone is using this app 17TRACK to track your packages ? It seems nice app but I can't seem to set up the notification correctly. I never get notifications, although I already set it up in Settings. Any suggestions ?

Lumia 950XL, Win10M 14393.726.
