19 App updates and none download any ideas

I have tried 8 soft resets, wifi on off on off, tethered to the PC.... I can't get any downloads to occur on my 19 applications needing update, any ideas?

need more details, like what errors does it give you? (if any) what does it do when trying to update? nothing, just hangs for ever?

you go to marketplace...click on app updates....it says 19...I pause them all but two and it says downloading 0...1.5 megs or whatever and never moves
