Very odd and annoying new behavior. Ever since 14332 a few days ago, my SP4 Type Cover touchpad--which has worked so well that I actually no longer use a standalone mouse--stopped being reliable in Win32 apps ONLY. It's only the two-finger scroll that doesn't work well. But in UWP apps, it works fine. The other precision touchpad gestures work fine (double-tap for right click, three and four finger swipes, etc).
So, it's not the hardware, obviously. Any ideas?
