I just got an HTC Arrive the other day and I love it!!!!

Three Questions

1) Facebook Contact Integration

It integrates all my friends(all 1200+) into the people's hub.
Okay cool, I know how to hide it to only show those i want.

Problem is, my boyfriend's picture ID is the same picture as his
facebook default which is a stupid picture of him and his friends
engaging in drunken behavior.

I have another contact saved with "Kyle" and a contact ID that
i choose. however when he texts me or calls me, it will only show
the facebook contact and not the contact i have saved in the phone.

IS there a way to fix this?

2) LIVE
Does anyone else have trouble setting up a new live account? I tried to
sync a new live account to my phone and it keeps givign me an error message
about not having an internet connection yet i do have a connection(Wifi)

Go into People, select the contact, select 'edit' and tap the picture, that will allow you to select a different one.

Sorry i only know that one off-hand.

A new Live account to replace your original Live account? Or an additional account. I setup my phone with a Hotmail account and added a Live account (among others) a few months back without a problem. Maybe do a soft reset (power phone off/on) and try again.

C'mon...1200...it is "friends" not "People I met once" haha

also, Link the two contacts you have for him, then edit/choose pic.

Just set up a group that has the people you want and pin it to your start screen.
