I've been waiting almost a month for the voucher pin on my second Lumia phone.
It's been a hard fought e-mail battle so far.
Kind of determined to get it from them now.

It took them almost 2 weeks (13-14 days) for the code to arrive. I had an online chat with them when it didn't arrive after day 7.

I played real stupid and confused after calling them. After keeping them on the phone for a long time she just told me to check my email and sure enough there was the code. Two can play this game

I called Nokia support in hopes they can just give me a US voucher. Not holding out any hope for good customer service in that regard but we'll see.
