3 way (conference) calling

What is the proper procedure for making a 3 way or conference call? On all our Arrives we try by making a call then pressing add call, dialing a number but on the second number nothing ever completes and eventually we hear a fast busy. Has anyone successfully completed a 3 way call? If so please provide the steps used. Thanks in advance.

did you integrate your Sprint number with Google Voice? If so, it's probably a google voice limitation. Try unintegrating your number, so that you are purely Sprint, and then do the conference calling.

I'm not using Google Voice. I'm just trying to use 3 way calling within the Arrive on the Sprint network.
