3D printer model for Lumia 1020

Does anyone have access to a 3D scanner or a Lumia model in STL format? I would like to design and 3D print a car dash holder, desktop dock, and light protection case for my new Lumia 1020.

I don't have one, but a quick Bing search only leads me to a couple of paid models. This us the cheapest I can find.

On a side note - Is there a community demand for 3D printable cases and such? If so, I'll just bite the bullet, buy the model, and see if I can get it working. The Lumia model doesn't need to be render quality - just accurate in all dimensions. I'd use it to create a "negative" object from which to create the cases and holder so it fits correctly.
