3G / 2G Weird Problem (Avea Turkish operator)

Well yesterday i changed my operator Vodafone to Avea for its 3G 4GB data usage privilege. But it seems it only works Edge. I insert my micro sim to other phones like Samsung S4, Sony Xperia Z and its H+. But mine doesnt change. Vodafone connects on H+ but Avea doesn't.
I talked about 5-6 times with operator support but they said u had problem with your phone.

And as i figured Avea uses GSM 1800 frequency band. Anyone knows anything to help?

WP8 has connectivity problems to some networks. I've the same issue here in Egypt (Vodafone)

Have you installed Nokia AccessPoint? Install that (it goes into settings, it's not an app), put your SIM in there, and then find AccessPoint in settings.

Sometimes things like APNs can cause the issue you are seeing. AccessPoint will make sure you're using correct settings.

It's not about that. When 3G signal is weaker than 2G (for example 2G %51 and 3G %50 in that area, i know its a bad example) Cellular Data chooses 2G rather than 3G even you select the Highest Speed 3G with the proper APN settings. But "Field Test Menu" which accessible by ##3282# is blocked in Amber Update. So i tried to find a firmware version which is not blocked. The Nokia Guy told me the version he is using doesn't block Field Test Menu and i finally found it and know using it
