3g frequency

I would like to buy a htc titan from at&t unlocked...

In my country (brazil) my carrier use 2100 for 3g frequency... On ebay in description is Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900... Doesn't it work on 2100?

As far as I know, the antenna will not pick up unsupported bands.
