That list is a bit odd. And frankly, I find it lazy from WC to not comment on it. It is clearly meant for PC. And don't give me that OneaCore bs, we've had separate changelogs for PC and mobile in the past for a reason. What with all these fixes to IE11...

My Lumia 950 updated itself last night. The SP3 is busy undergoing the update as I am typing this on a different computer.

I had a lag when pressing the power button to unlock, sometimes it was unresponsive and that is gone, battery life is in the tank again,

Don't do it if you like the camera.
Severe WB problem on AUTO AND MANUAL.
A yellow mess.
Did a couple of soft resets and no solution.
