4G and VOLTE are related to hardware requirements or with patch/update can we get them?

A lot of small to mid range mobile now providing 4G in India. Why Lumia 640 not supporting 4G.

Due to this limitation I am unable to use JIO sim in India!

there were two variants of lumia 640 that were launched in India and globally, those being lumia 640 and lumia 640LTE. Because of your lack of awareness you ended up buying lumia 640 3g.
