5 quick action icons in 720*1280 resolution

5 quick access icons in 720*1280 resolution phones:

Although micromax win w121 and Nokia Lumia 830 screen resolution(720x1280) and size (5') are same, Micromax phone texts are smaller and Action center has 5 quick access icons. Is there a setting through which I can get 5th quick access icon in Lumia 830.

Nope. The phone was just made that way.

As you can easily see in your own photos, Micromax used a bad scaling for that size of display. Having everything extremely tiny is worse than having one extra button in Action Center.
