535 What went wrong

Im a Microsoft lover

i have a biggest doubt

how come microsoft when they launched 535 didnt take care of touch issue ?

this was their very first mobile after purchasin from nokia

and they chosee india as a launch pad instead of any other country

they used the ''5x5x5'' model for publicity.... but how come they missed on touch sensitivity on a smartphone?

i love microsoft, lumia products, even my wireless keyboard is from ms....

i wanna know valid reasons for the lumia 535 cons

It's possible to conjecture a wide rainge of reasons from the reasonable to the downright absurd, but it's unlikely that the real reason will be disclosed. We also don't know the real percentage of affected phones (the vast majority of owners never go near forums like this).

Microsoft do learn from these episodes though.

Pete i have repaired from Care Center with new touch panel , problem is still there. I think its either motherboard issue or software !
