Lately i've been getting issues using the sd card with my Lumia 521 with DP 8.1.1
So i've decided to do a hard reformat (backed stuff up of course)
Anyway im on the format menu for it, what allocation unit size should i use?
varies from 4 kb to a few mb, the default selection on it was 128 kb

In the meantime i've got it formating on exFAT/128 kb
Its the full slow format so it's gonna be awhile either way xD

Format the card on the phone (not your PC) then you'll get the device default
- then use Easy Transfer to restore everything to your SDcard (in the phone).

I had done that via the phone yesterday already, formated with phone and such but then today the same weird sd card error bug showed up, my 521 doesnt like running some apps from my sd card for some reason. xd

I couldn't get our 521 using WP8.0 to work at all with an SD card. When it was installed (and formatted correctly) we had lots of problems, including the constant error messages.
