640XL becoming 635 replacement?

Does anyone know if the 640/640XL will replace the 635 here in the states? I have a cheap ATT Gophone and I'd like something alittle better than this 635.

The 640 will replace the 635 eventually.

The 640 XL replaces the less common 1320 phablet.

If you're looking for a step up though, an 820 or 920/925 might be a fine option too considering their age makes them cheaper, but they're still superior hardware-wise to the 635 overall.

Buy comparison, yeah, the Lumia 640 is a better phone, and AT&T is picking up both the 640 and 640 XL.

Awesome, thank you both ill look into the 640XL first before those others. I've always wanted a bigger phone.
