6Snap (Snapchat) no live-tile

I'm using a Lumia 625 and have always used 6Snap but recently it doensn't show any notifications anymore I have checked the app settings and notification settings at the phone settings still nothing?

Have you recently installed any new apps? I had this happen when I installed a new app and it put me over the 20 apps in the background limit. Go to Battery Saver swipe right to Usage and it will list apps that are and are not allowed to run in background. Select the 6Snap app and allow it.

I checked and 6Snap is allowed to run in the background...
