7.10.8112.7 update 'stuck'

hi i got a notification telling me there was an update so i did as it told me but it is now stuck at stage 6 restarting my phone it has been at this stage for over half an hour now

on my phone it looks like it is telling me to plug it into the pc but it is and the pc says dont unplug :S

what do i do??

(it is network locked to o2 and has a developer unlock)

I don't have this update for my htc hd7. why are some people getting certain upgrades for their htc hd7 phones.

Did you resolve this or is it still stuck? I have a HD7 on O2 that has not received the update (doesn't work with the cable trick either).
