Nope all that is there is roaming options and turn data connection on or off and add apn

Yep, same for me. The update is great. So much more real estate to work with.

Yes it works. I got mine refurbished for $.99 on contract with att. I think its like 400 without contract but you can prolly get on craigslist for around 200. Also LTE does work flawlessly on it tethered as I type.

T-Mobile HSPA+ no since the place i live hasn't been refarmed. I got it from Craigslist for 160 and unlocked it from ATT.
