7.99 GB TO 4 GB Ram In my Gaming PC

Hi users , i am newbie and regarding a problem with my pc after a while he have 8 GB Ram and then after months i saw on System that he have 4 GB Ram so i use CPU Z and it use 4 slots of ram with 2 GB Per ram slot
