Is there anyway to get w10 Update to lumia 720?! Cant do it on Windows insider.. Whit pc or something?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. There is a registry hack method but I wouldn't recommend doing that.

I tried this on an old 920 just out of curiosity, and it worked fine.
