720p 120fps/60 fps 1080, why not?

The Snapdragon 800 should be more than capable of 720p/120fps and 1080/60 fps, so why hasn't this feature been included?

Combined with OIS, this would be awesome.

Now i don't know for sure if the hardware is capable or not, it is a likely possibility, but there was a thread regarding some people debating/arguing over the 525's true capability - whether it could capture 1080p or not. I'd check that thread out, many of what one guy said can still apply here.
