​​Or is it already? Seems this is the only way to buy retail, or I could buy from MS but I'm worried through MS there is a mention of being "SIM-less" and I have no idea if that is problematic or not?!? ​

It's available to order online, I did and received the phone in 2 days. Stores will be getting the phone in July
