8.1 and boarding passes?

After upgrading to windows phone 8.1 When I ask DL website to send me a link to mobile boarding pass, IE invoked a popup asking me to pick an app (UC browser or Nokia Creative Suite) I had Nokia Creative Suite installed, I uninstalled it and tried again and it still isn't working? Does anyone have a solution to this? The UC browser doesn't work either.

However the solution didnt work at all.

Anyone have any workarounds?

I downloaded the PDF and used that from my phone.
