8.1 Verizon NY date?

Does anyone know when 8.1 will be available for Verizon customers in Central NY? I have a 928. (Lumia not Porsche)

Being the roll out has even made to the US yet it might be awhile.

Thank you for the info. One thing I miss about apple is they would announce a software update and release date. A month later everyone had it. None of this mysterious random secretive business we get with WP.

For Apple it's pretty easy to roll out updates to just one device from one manufacture vs. Microsoft, where there are multiple devices from multiple manufactures; it makes it a little harder to roll out without causing issues. Google has the same issue with Andriod as well, multiple devices from multiple manufactures.
