80% of my apps no longer open since last update

just sit there at "Loading" with the dots or at their splash screens ..

BookViser, HereDrive .. #TileArt .. all no longer working

This is also after a hard reset

I have ended up going back to WP 8.1 ..

The Phone is a 1520.3

The rest I'm not sure about, But Here hasn't been supported on W10M for a while.

I just downloaded and installed the free version of BookViser and it seems to open fine. However not sure if the app is broken or just crappy. I copied a few .mobi onto my sd card and when I try to "add book" I browse to that folder it says the folder is empty.
