80073cfb what kind of error is tis? how to fix this.

Many apps cant able to install in Windows Phone store. always showing the error code 80073cfb. even after hard rest the issue is continues. what kind of error is this and how to solve this?

I also had this problem and I turned on flightmode and restarted my phone. That should work. Otherwise you can try to use a different internet connection type, such as wi-fi or 3g/4g
