810 only available as refurbished on TMobile's website?

my 710 just broke and i need a WP8 to replace and seeing only thing available is refurb 810. guess i will check out for s4 or htc one this week.

you will likely find some inventory in stores. And at $260, a refurb is a really good deal. Casting a shadow over this, though, is that there has been no word from T-Mobile on continued support for this device. It's a pretty awkward time to be a WP user on T-Mobile.

Keep in mind that if you live in a refarmed area, you have many more choices and may benefit in the long term by using an unbranded device, anyway.

Is that with a 2-year contract? They still exist in stores like Best Buy. On the other hand $240 is the price for those with the new uncarrier plans.
