920 soft reset

On the 900 if you held down the power button for 5 seconds it would soft reset. How is a sift reset accomplished on the 920?

Hold power + down volume for approximately 10 seconds. Phone will vibrate when its done.

What does the lightning bolt and gear screen mean after a soft reset?

Soa, if you're seeing the gears, that was a hard reset. A soft reset doesn't do that. Not sure on the lightning bolt, unless it was charging at the time. Mammaldo, a soft reset doesn't delete data, it basically accomplishes the same effect as popping the battery out would. A hard reset deletes all of your data.
