Probably. I think you may see some small 500mb/750mb packages for around ?30 or so.
There will be tiered plans I should think with the highest at around 2gb maybe. They like capping, extra charges for those who go over their limits
Tethering charges are maybe on the cards too but I feel you should be able to tether for free up to your data limits just like on O2.
As EE isn't yet fully operational new contract customers have had to get their new iPhones on Orange or TMobile and can transfer to EE later. I'm wondering how this will affect their contracts, their start date and the increase in price for 4G. It would be foolish to pay those prices until 4G is in your town. Some may well end up paying for part time 4G as where they live, work or travel to regularly might not all have a 4G signal.
