925 - No headset sound

I have sound through a bluetooth device or the speaker phone, but I cant hear anything through the handset.

I have tried hard reset, plugging in and unplugging headphones, but nothing is working.

Any ideas?

It is broken. Known issue on l925. I had mine 3.5mm jack replaced in the service for free.
