925 vs. 1020 voicemail featue difference.

I have a 925 and I was messing around with the 1020 and love their voicemail feature where you an listen to it right there on the phone. Is this possible with the 925? I can't figure out how to set it up.

Are you referring to Visual Voicemail? What carrier do you have? I know that Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature.

I don't know if that's what it's called. On her 1020 (ATT) you can go to phone and pivot to voicemail and history. On the voicemail screen you can see each missed message and play pause, search through the voicemail etc. On my 925 (ATT) I have to call my voicemail to get anything.

That is Visual Voicemail you have on the 1020. Please see this link to set it up on your 925.

Thanks Laura, tried all that and turns out that there was a problem with my SOC and ATT had to remove and add advanced voicemail back to my account for it to work.

It's all sorted now, thanks for the replies, love the phone even more now. Cool feature.

Don't know, I just called their support line and we worked through it. Took about 10 minutes or so.
