Just placed an order for a white 930 on Amazon. Have been using Windows phone for 3 years but this is my first Nokia and my first phone that has wireless charging. Any suggestions for a reasonably priced charger? Thanks

I personally like the tried-and-true Nokia DT-900, although there are different variants, like a portable one with a battery, that new one (DT-903?) that has a large light around the bottom and Bluetooth, and a compact circle one. (and a stand, and a car mount) Prices vary for those.

There are cheap Qi chargers around on eBay for example, and they can be a good deal if they work well, but I'm concerned with the potential tradeoff in quality.

Other manufacturers have Qi chargers, LG has a nice "puck."

I've been using the Nokia DT-900 with the Lumia 930. Works nicely, not picky about placement and large enough for the phone not to slip off (it's slightly smaller than the phone though).

Think about when you normally charge. If you are an office worker then a charging plate flat on the desk will do but if you charge overnight then a charger stand bedside would be better to allow you see the time / notifications while laying down in bed. I recently converted my DT-900 plate to a stand by using a watch display box.

Thanks everyone. My 930 arrives tomorrow so I'll do some charger shopping based on your suggestions today. Really hoping it doesn't have the overheating issue I've read about in so many posts.

Off topic but I was browsing the 930 threads to see what I could learn about my new phone. Was in the" 930 overheating" thread and saw your post with "Disco Inferno". LMAO !!!! Still chuckling
