Hi all, my 930 has suddenly started this annoying thing of when you make a call the screen goes off!
As you soon you select a contact or dial a number and press the call button the screen goes off and I have to press the lock button twice to bring it on again, although it will randomly go off again during the call.
Just to clarify this is not expected proximity sensor activity.
It's very annoying if you want to press mute, loudspeaker or need to press a number for selections etc.
It's only just started over the last week, I haven't really installed any new apps recently but did start tracking my daily steps on the health app, which I've now uninstalled, but still have the problem.
Has anyone else had this before and managed to fix it? Before I go down the factory reset route....
Thanks
