950 Warranty

I have been the biggest MS fanboy we have had about 7 Lumias in the family. Last year I decided to go with Android but my wife wanted to stay with her windows phone. So last October she upgraded to 950. Two days ago after many hardware issue the phone booted showing a sad face. We wet to the Microsoft store since the phone is put of warranty and she could not get a replacement phone. I am so peeved we got a partial refund and we used that to get my wife an IPhone. Microsoft is a total disaster!!

Well, it's out of warranty and it broke after that ran out so... I'm not sure what you'd expect. You got a partial refund, that's already pretty good by my standards. Did you try the WDRT though before taking it in?
