950 XL not charging

Battery is 0% when i plugin on for charging for. The mobile is vibrate repeat few seconds and the mobile display not showing

Are you using the original wall charger?
If you're connecting to the computer or to a "weak" (less than 2amp) wall charger, it won't start the phone to charge it properly if the battery reaches 0%.
