HELP PLEASE:

950XL 2SIM model is RM-1116. Its battery is BV-T4D RM-1116. Is there any indicator on its battery to distinguish it from BV-T4D RM-1118?

not likely, as batteries are made power wise not device specific. same model batteries could be present in different models as well .
